Backpack Buddies stands together with all those in 2SLGBTQIA+ community with a focus on ensuring support and access to services for children and youth.
The Backpack Buddies program is inclusive and available to children of all gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations who are experiencing food insecurity.
No matter how you identify in regards to your gender identity, gender expression or sexuality spectrum – which includes two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer/questioning (2SLGBTQIA+) individuals – you are welcome at Backpack Buddies.
